Welcome
In-person, online and telephone counselling
Life can sometimes feel overwhelming. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, or the lasting effects of difficult experiences, I'm here to provide a safe space where you can be heard and understood. As a qualified psychodynamic counsellor based in Glasgow's Southside, I offer gentle, trauma-informed support tailored to your individual needs.

About
Difficult experiences can leave traces — in our bodies, our relationships, and the ways we respond to the world. You might notice sudden anger, feeling shut down or on edge, struggling to trust, or thinking you're "too sensitive." These responses make complete sense given what you've been through. My work is grounded in the understanding that early relationships and past experiences continue to shape how we feel and behave in the present — often outside of our awareness. Together, we can explore these patterns gently, at a pace that feels manageable, helping you make sense of what you're feeling and why.Psychodynamic therapy allows us to look at how past experiences and relationships may be influencing your current thoughts, feelings and behaviours. With a trauma-informed approach, I ensure we move at a pace that feels safe and respectful of your lived experiences. This is your space, and you are always in control of what we explore and when.
Background
I'm a fully qualified and insured Psychodynamic Counsellor based in Glasgow's Southside registered with Counselling & Psychotherapy in Scotland (COSCA Member no. 5726). Before qualifying as a counsellor, I worked in group facilitation within addiction recovery and cancer survivorship support. I currently work in private practice and as an outreach counsellor within the third sector supporting survivors of childhood trauma.
I offer counselling in-person, over Zoom and by telephone.
